£400    Faulty bike for sale

Bike frame is still in mint condition but was knocked off in a guy and run and now would not start I don't know what the problem is but it shouldn't be anything to major there's a scratch on the rear end of the bike where I was knocked into and it lead to the wheel being pushed out of place but overall the bodywork is fine, in was the owner had it for about 6 months
