Used for the daily commute and for longer-distance trips at the weekends without any problems, until suddenly the engine developed a major oil leak.
We nursed it home to our usual garage, who suggested the engine block may be cracked. The car needs a replacement engine, and the oil may have contaminated the clutch, too.
Not cost-effective for someone to pay a garage to do this, but if someone has the skills, tools, and time, this would be worth their while as it is, otherwise, a solid and reliable car.
MOT'd until November, and 7 seats including the tip-up seats in the back. Brand new rear tyres. It would be possible to drive away, providing you fill up the existing engine with oil first (it will have all drained away onto the garage yard by now).
