£800    Ford Galaxy Diesel 115, Auto, 92K Miles + High Spec, Spares or Repair

Fantastic car, it has very low mileage for one of these, about 92k, engine runs great it starts absolutely on the button every time and it was serviced less then 1000 miles ago with new front brake pads. 7 removable seats, DVD player and screens in the front headrests which is a rare optional extra!!

Selling because recently I lost reverse gear and on thinking about it I need a different car (musician travelling into London etc!!). This is in addition to a few other issues which would need addressing if planning to use it as oppose to break it for parts or as a donor for another. So this is for someone who knows their Galaxy's and is mechanically minded or maybe has a donor car or gearbox for example, beyond my knowledge and I don't have the time to get it sorted. Worth it just for the 92k mile engine!!

The faults with the car:

Reverse gear has stopped fully engaging (probably reverse gear band), passenger seat needs a look at as is jammed forward at the mo, needs a couple of tyres, mechanic said steering boot is split and needs greasing all the time, unplugged ac as the clutch appeared to jam occasionally, normal age related wear, a perfect project for someone.

The benefits of this car:

Once issues resolved these cars go forever and are one of the most useful vehicles you can buy which is supported by their sought after nature (most people who own one have owned them before!!), it's like a comfy van with windows so you can remove all of the seats and fill it to the brim and not get charged at the waste tip! DVD player in the back is a rare option, the engine is great and at low miles is a good buy in itself

Scrap value is about £500 so offers above that will be entertained.
