BMW 320ci manual for spares and repair. 156,188 mileage.
Partial history, 2 keys, manual, V5C.
Selling my car for spares and repair due to problems outlined below, the engine is in working condition to my knowledge but due to being stored for about a year now it doesnt start up, when jump starting it makes a clicking noise. Power steering is gone and needs changing.This is the only 2 major issue but everything else is in working condition to my knowledge. Any questions let me know.

problems:
-air con not working.
-power steering not working (pump might needs to be changed).
-all tyres needs air.
-water leaks into battery compartment due to right rear light seal needing replacement.
-engine doesnt start due to being stored (clicking noise when jump starting).
-left fog light dislodged.
-front right tyre fender rust. (pictured).
-general wear and tear.
